Pausing for a quick self-portrait,after photographing all ages and races of local voters, I couldn't resist the fall foliage in the background at the American Legion site on St. Andrews Drive. As I snapped my own "I Voted" sticker, a woman in the silver car shouted out to a passer-by "Did you vote today? We could make history today!".

  • An image from the 'Spinning Mill Series', or so I named it. It was a transition piece for me because I was my first art series in digital format and also marked my transition to journalism from art. The series name was changed to mark the integrity of the actual location, a warehouse, not a spinning mill as originally thought.
